Honey cakes

I totally changed an old family recipe for this one. 

Honey Cake recipe:

3 cups  Namaste Gluten Free Perfect Flour

teaspoon salt

teaspoon baking powder

3 eggs

cup milk

1⅛ cup oil

cup sugar

1 Tablespoon honey + honey for glaze

teaspoon vanilla

2 teaspoon butter flavor

Mix all ingredients together. Beat for two minutes. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Move to a cooling rack. Cool for 5 minutes, then glaze with honey.

So i did not have butter flavor so i used two different kinds of vanilla one bourbon vanilla and just a regular vanilla. I also used avocado oil to spray down the pan. so it got crispy I baked the cupcakes for 20 min then an additional 10 minutes but mom said i over baked them and to each their own
